We have created a transformational new enterprise app, ULUstory. This app helps employees craft and tell their stories in a particular format - which creates trust, cooperation and inclusion. ULUstory(tm) supports engagement, inclusion, and pro-social action. Plus it's fun, meaningful and multi-functional.

Envisioned by Deb V. Pagnotta, this unique and engaging app provides to employees the same sustainable storytelling skills she taught her college students for 7 years. She designed the app to help employees choose their stories for the right place and time, craft them to include the critical "dramatic arc", and tell their stories in ways that will persuade, enchant, and create colleagues across barriers, even with strangers.
