All employees should understand basic tenets of major religions, what types of accommodations may or may not be required, and how to avoid unintentional discrimination or harassment based on religion. This seminar provides relevant, workplace-related information about particular religions, and teaches the general workforce, managers and supervisors their rights and obligations and those of clients and customers.
