“My experience as an HR professional with Interfacet (and in particular, Deb Pagnotta) has been nothing but purely professional, focused on our needs and quick to respond.  We have used Interfacet on a few occasions over the last two years for fact-finding exercises as well as training.   The training in particular was for a one on one situation where our corporate culture is to try and rehabilitate and coach an individual in order to help them succeed.  At the time, we felt Deb's services would be ideal to fully engage the employee and 'break through' the wall he had put up with us (the employer) in training.  Deb's confidential approach with the employee was VERY well received by this individual, who is by character, typically very skeptical of such assistance.  Deb was direct, focused and spoke to him on a level he could absorb.  He returned from their session energized and positive.
