What? We take the time to understand your organization, your concerns and issues, and craft tailored, concrete and deeply engaging workshops designed to meet your particular needs.  We DON’T provide "cookie-cutter" solutions.   We DO provide tailored, effective and powerful trainings to enhance workforce performance and to reduce your company’s potential exposure to litigation.  Sessions may be as short as an hour, or as long as a day, even more, depending on what works best for you.

Where? We come to your site, saving your employees time and travel. And, if you have multiple offices, we also provide live, interactive “webinars” which allow your employees to sign on from anywhere in the world at a designated time. No need to spend many administrative hours juggling time commitments.

When? Live trainings – whether in person or by webinar – are particularly useful in several circumstances. Many companies prefer in-person training for the first round, to ensure employee buy-in. Some topics are especially sensitive, and best addressed in small groups with opportunity for significant discussion. And, live training may be appropriate for middle and senior management, with online training provided to the general workforce., to ensure broad understanding of pro-active responsibilities.
